Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
For delivery within the UK we aim to dispatch all goods within one working day, however during busy periods it may take up to three working days from receipt of your order. Normal delivery via Royal Mail or our designated courier service can take up to five working days. Please note in some cases a signature may be required at the end destination.
If your order is urgent then please let us know by e-mailing us at: sales@karenzaandco.com and we will endeavour to dispatch your order to meet any deadlines wherever possible.
We aim to make our delivery costs as fair as possible. Standard UK post and packaging charges are as follows:
Order value up to £5.00 - P&P is 95p
Then order value up to and including £20.00 - P&P is £1.95
Then order value up to and including £50.00 - P&P is £2.95
Order value over £50.00 - P&P is free (UK customers only)
Wherever possible we use sustainable and recycled packaging.
We are happy to ship worldwide. Prices for over-seas shipping are calculated at the checkout.
On dispatch of your order you will receive an email to confirm your order is on its way. Please note we cannot be held liable for any loss to you resulting from late delivery, via our third party providers, as this will be beyond our control.
If for any reason your order does not arrive within the above timescales then please contact us quoting your order reference number, we will be happy to look in to it for you.
RETURNS
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Returns that are not quality related will not be accepted unless the goods are in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging intact where applicable. Please note the costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, unless the goods are faulty.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange as required. In the case of returning faulty products the return postage will also be refunded.
